#sewing people of mastodon (preferably those residing in germany/austria/italy or at least the EU). Where so you get your fabric for sewing clothes, especially pants?

I would like to find some nice gabardine, denim, chino, serge, tweed, etc. for making pants and I would argue that my requirements aren't that bad (decent quality, as little petroleum based fibres as possible, needs to be vegan (think cotton/linen/hemp and no wool).

@Zianor last time I've been to a local store they had nice fabrics, but nearly all of them were not exactly super suitable for pants. Will definitely check out more local stores in the meantime, but my hope is slowly dwindling :')

Wasted fabrics sells reclaimed stocks by 3m coupons. Their choice changes regularly and they often have sales.
Coupons de Saint Pierre is also selling by 3m. They have their own lines and also ends of stocks.

@annabelle2022 thank you so much for your suggestions! I also think that being able to feel the fabric is super important, but I've just not been having great success with finding the kinds of fabrics I'm looking for locally :/
