I don't think it was as good as The Man Who Erased His Name, but I liked it overall.
The framing device of Majima recounting the story as a film, and the final sequence where all of the characters, including a bunch who died in the story, dance around, makes me think it's not meant to be fully canon which I think is good.
Maxxy@drheyzeus I really hope not because that would mean they are going to find that stupid eternal life medicine and give it to Kiryu to cure his cancer 
@fujiwara I actually posted this before I saw the post-credits scene where Majima and Saejima go and visit Kiryu, which I thought was a good scene, but the "To Be Continued" has me worried.
I love Kiryu as much as anyone else, but let the man rest.
@drheyzeus The scene with Saejima and Majima is very good, but I know that all of this is just going to end up with Kiryu being immortal and the main protagonist again
