Cracker Barrel keeps sending me emails trying to get me to go back.
That's not going to happen.
I liked their food in the old days. The biscuits in particular. But then CEO and management decided to start serving stale, microwaved food instead. Secretly.
I have no reason to ever trust them again. I'll learn to make my own damn biscuits!

@neptune22222 actually they put them back after a big outcry.
But it's the serving of crappy food that was stale, no longer made from scratch, and microwaved that broke my trust forever. First they pretended that the whole problem was just the logo. Then they said that there were some changes in the menu that they were going to undo.
They never admitted that the food had changed. And even if they did, why should I trust them to fix it? No one was punished for making the change in the first place!
They scammed me out of money by serving me crappy food. That's all they're EVER getting from me. They'd better invest those dollars wisely, because I will NOT be going back.
