Sanchez is going about this in the worst possible way. Strict "age verification" laws is another way of saying more online censorship, more digital gate keeping, more surveillance, and more unnecessary exposure of personal data in breaches and leaks. The blanket social media ban for children also denies them access to vital online resources and communities without regard for context. Parents should make this decision not governments
