The new Muppet Show special was a delight. Amazing how much of the energy of the original show it channelled. Sabrina Carpenter was a great choice as a first(?) guest, her scenes with Miss Piggy were hilarious. Wish it was a bit longer, but crossing fingers, toes, and paws there's more like this to come.

Much like with X-Men '97, keeping the intro for the new Muppet Show special nearly identical to the one from the original 70s series was absolutely the right choice.

@LovesTha The official age guidance is 6+, but creatively it’s aimed more at a grown-up, nostalgic audience. Mainly people already familiar with the Muppets and/or the guests, who'd enjoy the classic Muppet humour. Kids can watch it, but it’s not made primarily for them.
