Ruling Party’s Kim Tae-nyeon to Propose Bill Separating Korea Exchange Holding Company from KOSPI and KOSDAQ Subsidiaries

Kim Tae-nyeon of the Democratic Party plans to propose a bill to restructure Korea Exchange into a holding company, separating KOSPI and KOSDAQ as subsidiaries and strengthening market surveillance.
