RichardI don't distro hop much these days. For the last 6 years or so I've been on @pop_os_official with it's Gnome DE. Its a system I'm comfortable with. Today I successfully upgraded to @system76 new release, 24.04 LTS with a Cosmic DE. This was a painless upgrade for me.
Have to say, its a very clean and fresh looking desktop environment. I like it. Nowhere near the amount of customization that KDE has, but at first glance its going to suit me well. I prefer things familiar and simple. Thanks to the developers.
