@mfeilner @bagder I think we should not forget or downplay the neo-colonial aspect of "AI" : it's a massive extraction of intellectual workforce from to Global South to the financial benefit of people in the Gloabl North.

Numerous works expose work done for "AI" in the south (Antonio Casili, ...).
