Running @Tusky on Android.

"Refresh" has disappeared on the Home and Local screens (but is still on Notifications).

Only way to refresh Home & Local is by scrolling to top - not ideal if not used for a day or two.

@steve199nwep @Tusky doesn't pressing the home/local button when you're on that screen take you to the top quickly?

Thanks for reply. Sorry for delay had to go out.

I can switch between Home & Local but the only way to load more on those screens is to scroll. Otherwise you just get what was on there before but nothing newer. Yesterday there were Refresh options on both screens which brought them completely up to date - even if I hadn't been on for days.

Now loading right up to date requires scrolling. And if that is the case for occasional visitors they might be put off.

@steve199nwep @Tusky hmm, okay, I hop to the top in the way just described, then refresh by pulling down on my feed with my thumb, then jumping to the top again to see the most recent toots and read from new to old (if that makes sense!)
@steve199nwep @alicemcalicepants I talked to Conny and we will add the button back, it's important for accessibility
