My first draft of the season kicked off. It’s a modified FYPD. If we don’t draft them, we also can’t freely add players in-season, but, can add thru FAAB once they’re called up to the majors. So with 1.2 I picked Carson Benge, and 1.5 I picked Bryce Rainer.

With draft pick 2.11, I took Munetaka Murakami. Felt like I almost had to pick him being that it was pick 23 overall at this point. There’s concern about the hit tool but the power potential is there. Gambling on the upside. #FYPD #FantasyBase

Draft pick 3.1 I selected Jojo Parker. The comps and hype on Parker are too good to pass up here. Not sure I need SS but I’m still selecting best player available.

Draft pick 3.3 I took Joshua Baez. The power speed combo was great in Double-A. I actually considered him with 1.5 earlier.

FYPD draft pick 3.5 I took Kyson Witherspoon. All I needed to read was that he might’ve been the best college pitcher last season, and I was sold.

Draft pick 3.7 I took Caleb Bonemer. I’m not thrilled to have another White Sox player tbh, but everyone is high on Bonemer so who am I to disagree lol.

Draft pick 4.5 I selected Cam Caminiti. He’s about halfway down top 100 prospect lists. This one just kinda fell into me. Once I realized I could get him, I researched him quite a bit and liked what I read. #FYPD

Draft pick 5.3 was a big one for me. I picked Khal Stephen, SP, CLE. He was really good in 2025 and should be on everyone’s top 100. Check him out. #FantasyBaseball

Draft pick 5.5 I picked Andrew Fischer. Read he might be the best 3B prospect right now. Can’t go wrong there.

Pick 6.5 I selected Joe Mack. Somehow he was available. Maybe the best framer, and has left-handed pop.
