@zotero wahoo!

also "[Mac] Added Tahoe menu icons, for better or worse" made me snort

(it's for worse, but that's not YOUR fault)

@zotero oh hell yes. beautiful
@zotero "search for annotations directly"-- I am looking forward to trying it out!
@zotero Great! But does this mean all plugins are to be migrated?
@zotero so glad to see these improvements! thank you!
@zotero Great work, thank you! I'm especially happy about themes! It really helps combat eyestrain if I can tweak colors beyond just normal/dark mode. Much appreciated!
The other features look handy as well, so looking forward to playing with them.

@zotero I am very interested in the new note feature. I love the inline notation!

I guess the notes are specific to the document where the citations is made.

Is it also possible to have the note to show up in the bibliography instead? Like the "note" field of BibTeX? But then like the new feature, specific for the document where the citation is made?

@zotero I was coming here to compliment you on Zotero 7, just to see version 8 is already out! Amazing work.
I joined the party so very late, but you got me with the user interface overhaul. It's a delight to use the program on Mac. I love the effort you put into the icon with the notes sticking out of the square. The attention to detail in the Liquid Glass icon as well.
Superficial, I know. But it goes without saying that the program helped tremendously with my thesis.
