After the babies arrived I bought some litter trays at Kmart to handle the load. The clips that lock the two halves together are part of the same moulded plastic as the top half, and eventually from clipping/unclipping, just wear through and break off.
So I've ordered a fancier tray via Aliexpress to test out and if it locks better and is easy to clean I'll get some more. Sick of having these clips just break in my hand.
Someone likes the new snuggle

This guy just casually coming and sitting beside me, that's new. He also jumped up on the bed today to watch me put pillow cases on pillows. Hopefully more signs of chilling out and learning to trust me more. He's such a sweet boy, but still skittery.
Middle management were hard at work, supervising me, today.
Kitten brawling has commenced
Management are having a casual Thursday
The babies got up around 5am today and needed to stampede around the place until we got up just after 6. This involved moving toys and furniture around as well as just galloping for the hell of it. Morning exercise should be this fun for everyone.
My little boy was feeling quite animated post dinner inhalation. This involved a lot of galloping about and chatter. He got up on the post and asked me for some attention so I started patting him. This was immensely pleasing and he started wriggling from joy....and fell off the post.
Earlier today, perving on the neighbours.
The mad scampers continued late last night after I went to bed, and also this morning. Even Supervisor got in on the action and had some mad zoomies and sprints. The lad loves it when she gallops and and chases her merrily along. Tabby doesn't trust her and only follows from a safe distance and speed. All three have been charging about for the past 90 mins.
Found my lad lounging on the couch so gave him a good combing to get the loose fur out. And most unusually for a cat, he just rolled over and let me comb his tummy quite thoroughly. Wonder if his sister will do the same. His fur is looking and feeling excellent nowadays, getting very soft and shiny.
The babies obsessing about a tiny moth

Only lower management supervising me today. The others are on a festive break I think.
When the boss can't be bothered coming out of the office to keep an eye on you
Someone wants some tummy rubs
First belly rubs of the year
Supervisor is going to have a snuggle kind of day
My lad got a good combing, then had to have a nap.
These two found me a year ago today, and after four days I caught them lurking amongst the pots in my yard. Can't imagine life without them now. β€οΈ

I put Supervisor's snuggle in a sunny spot and it lured her in like a magnet.
It was time for the daily brawl, earlier today.
My little boy, the one with the water fetish, is currently sitting in the shower, poking a bowl of water around and talking to himself. π And there are little wet paw prints everywhere.
There are two kittens in this photo
There's a wee bug in here
Four kitty litter trays cleaned. My lad lurks behind me as I work, desperate to be the first to use the new litter. And I think he enjoys tossing litter around, a lot. He still goes back and forth in and out of the hooded tray, to inspect things and sometimes jump on it in there.
Sunday evening, post dinner rest time.

My supervisors are slacking off today
She was sleeping so sweetly this afternoon.
The ladies are having an afternoon snooze.
I steam mopped the floor and this one's at it again, tracking little wet paw prints all over the place. π
Getting some solar recharging

Two of my supervisors have spent a lot of time studying the art of tunnelling today
I do love it when they're all just hanging out. Supervisor still hisses from time to time, or chases a kitten to poke in the butt but she is much less angry about having to share the place with these interlopers nowadays.
Someone needs some belly rubs
I stuck a toy on her head. She don't care.
Bowl cleaner is here to ensure all bowls are clean and empty before breakfast time tomorrow.
Not in the mood for pats today
She needed to see what was going on outside so I cracked the blind open a bit.
