@wnd When guiding boat tours around the West Coast of #Scotland, I loved pointing out the raised beaches and other features of isostatic rebound; especially to visitors from south-east #England when I could tell them that whereas Scotland was still resurgent*, Essex and Kent were capsizing... 😈

* Albeit very, very, slowly!
