❗️After the CFM strike comes the strike by Vivantes subsidiaries!
💥In early summer 2025, colleagues at CFM (Charité Facility Management) fought for 100% TVöD in a tough 48-day strike, achieving the long-overdue alignment of their wages with the public sector collective agreement – for many colleagues, this means several hundred pounds more per month!
🎬The film 48 Days, which we want to watch with you this evening, is about this labour dispute. The film highlights the perspective of colleagues of Turkish origin in particular.
ℹ️We also want to report on our support work and shed light on the upcoming strike by Vivantes subsidiaries starting in March 2026. A colleague from the strike will be there to talk about it.
