I had the most awesome pleasure of turning @DJUpNorth onto #theojays today. One of the things that impressed the hell out of me when I had the pleasure of meeting Lady UpNorth, was her deep passion for Soul Music.
Soul, Hip Hop & R&B that at her age, her and her mates were NOT Listening to in Edenborough, Scotland. together.
According to her, she was the oddball out listening to the same music I was listening to back in #philly
