Put half a teaspoon of cocoa powder in your chili. It makes the flavour deeper and richer.

@book @ItsThatDeafGuy I learned almost exactly the same thing from the BBC Good Food website, except I put a chunk of 70% cocoa chocolate in (I never have cocoa powder). It works wonders. Oh, and always let it sit and rest for ten minutes with a lid on when it’s finished cooking.
