The wind was a rather stinging and painful experience this morning, when I got home, almost all fingers on my left hand were numb (my fault, I should‘ve taken the warmer gloves). But it‘s not at all slippery, so I could use my bike for the commute afterwards. All things considered, it could be much worse.
