⚠️ Unpopular opinion: Most people don’t do #agile — they cosplay it. They attend ceremonies, quote values, and avoid responsibility. With #AgileCheese, we remove the safety net. No excuses, no frameworks to hide behind, only results shaped by real decisions and real #cheese. If this offends you, unfollow me. If it excites you, welcome — you just became 1% more agile. 🧀🔥
@DrRanzinger
What is your agile cheese about?
In all your contributions here I cannot see the background of it, you do not seem to have a website...
Is this having any serious direction?

@SaschaWenger

Fair question.

#agile is not a framework problem, it’s a thinking problem. #AgileCheese is deliberately not a product or website. It’s a mental operating system for acting under pressure.

I avoid branding on purpose — it becomes abstraction too early. #AgileCheese lives in practice and real decisions, where #cheese is created by iteration, not theory.

If this feels unclear, that’s intentional — clarity emerges only through use.

@DrRanzinger mhm...
Anything a little bit more concrete...?

@SaschaWenger

Concretely: I use #AgileCheese to stress-test #agile thinking by exaggeration, paradox, and pressure until weak assumptions break. What remains is usable judgment. No framework, no rollout, just repeated application until better decisions emerge — that’s the whole point of the #cheese.

@DrRanzinger ok, I'm off, not relevant for my daily agile operations and execution ... ;-)
