It’s weird having PLDT as my ISP in my new house coming from a 5-year subscriber of Converge (though the account is still up and being paid by my sibling in our other house. I only experienced 5 outages during my Converge subscription period. I hope PLDT could top that.

I couldn’t have Converge as my ISP in my new house since they can’t implement underground wiring which is a let down. Globe is still being arranged. That’s why I have to get PLDT.

@manong_giroy i've read from others that service reliability is area dependent. I've had bad experiences with Globe when I was still living in Makati. In my new place, Red Fiber is worse. I guess I am just lucky that I have lived in areas where PLDT is 98% reliable.
