December's cocktail pie - Winter Cocktail Mince Pies

A Winter Cocktail contains Jamaican rum, lime, sugar, ginger liqueur, pimento dram and Angostura bitters.

My pies are a Winter Cocktail Mincemeat (raisins, sultanas, rum, ango, candied lime, stem ginger, allspice) in an allspice and lime sweet shortcrust pastry.

@mactunag Thank you! You should try them 😉 They're really fun to eat cause they're very clearly a mince pie, but the flavours are not at all what you expect from one.

@rupl Thank you! I would have liked the drinks to have a garnish but didn't have much for it; after sticking some mincemeat on a cocktail stick I thought better of it 😂
