and i agree calling them hypocrites gives them glee and empowers them in their minds: "the abuse is working, look at them cry"
so it's a failure of those who believe in principles to think pointing out differences between what someone does and says, hypocrisy, has an impact
it's just alien for many to imagine someone so devoid of principles other than the "principle" of "fuck you, i got mine, i'm going to get more by abusing you"
such people are very real
