First interaction with the new Medicare Plus provider today. Picked up my Ozempic (prescribed because of diabetes) and was faced with an $800+ "copay" for one a single pen, a 1mo supply. My wife talked to their AI which proceeded to feed us nonsense (even the math was wrong, Trump level grasp of percentages). At least it got us to a human who explained what was happening in about 2 minutes. Still coast $800+ this first time.
