Hm, one of the places that comes to my mind first which fits that description are #torrent trackers actually. With all these strict rules on most of them, you will rarely find some trashy #AImusic there, same as you won't find any poor-quality #YouTube rips, which destroy your ears' ability to tell low-bitrate files from lossless ones. For me these places are really a blessing and I wish I could get my friends to use them, but I get that it's pretty niche.

@staxl One "thing" or place or convention that comes to my mind is #Fawm where people meet (mostly online) to support each other writing 14 songs each February. There used to be folks who use AI for making music there but imo most Fawmers are towards AI-Songwriters like : what's your point, are you nuts, robbing yourself of the fun of songwriting?
I'm doing fawm since maybe 8 years now and it has become one of the highlights of the year. Meeting people, having great conversations and playing funny and exciting games that help myself to create.
