Clothing separates. It reinforces roles, expectations & hierarchies. Through #HadakaShizenyoku, this separation eases. When I share images of my practice, I show a #body no different from any other. There is no privilege or posturing. Only presence. By offering this view repeatedly, I hope people begin to understand how #nudity dissolves artificial barriers & restores a sense of shared humanity.
