@IrreMenschlich unfortunately, when there is no Internet connection at all (because the arms of Sepah have strangled all ISPs), then no Tor or bridge will help :(

you're absolutely right. When there's a complete shutdown, no proxy will help. 😢
Thank you for the reality check and for pointing this out.
I still hope that at least some connections remain possible at times, where tools like this could make a difference. The whole situation is just so frustrating.
