Wir feiern den "I Love Free Software Day" am 15. Februar mit einem 0ad-Turnier nach. Dieses seit 15 Jahren entwickelte Echtzeitstrategie-Spiel besticht durch zahlreiche historische Details und kann kostenlos auf play0ad.com heruntergeladen werden. Um das Finale 16 Uhr starten lassen zu können, werden wir die Startzeit an die Anzahl der Anmeldungen anpassen.

@C4NRN @fex wäre eigentlich theoretisch auch eine remote Teilnahme möglich? Evtl. aus anderen Hack- und Makerspaces heraus?

Auch im @chaotikumev wurde in der Vergangenheit des öfteren mal @play0ad gespielt, könnte mir vorstellen, das wir hier zumindest in Lübeck eine Delegation / einen Ableger zusammen bekommen könnten.

@T_X @C4NRN @chaotikumev @play0ad Das Turnier soll abgeschnitten von der Außenwelt statt finden, ohne Internetzugang, so wie bei einer alten LAN-Partys wo die LAN-Party das Internet selbst ist 😉

Aber es wäre sicherlich interessant anschließend SH und NRW (...?) online gegeneinander antreten zu lassen und den Bundessieger zu ermitteln? Vielleicht am selben Tag ca. 18Uhr?

Also das man vll. mit den lokalen Turnieren ein Ranking erstellt, anhand deren Sortierung man danach dann nochmal ein paar kurze Runden zwischen den Ländern machen kann? Fände auch ein paar 2 vs. 2 oder 3v3 Matches zwischen @C4NRN und @chaotikumev lustig :-).

@williamconna @C4NRN We could do a third final game (local, national, world). It would be best if you had the possibility to create a local tournament. Either way, you can play against the German winner so we can determine the world champion 😁 However, the German game should be finished at 20:00. The winners should a find a date for World Finals that suits both to be able to have a fresh mind for playing 😁
