Unpopular opinion:
Most businesses don't need a CRM. They need discipline.
A CRM doesn't magically make you follow up. It reminds you. A CRM doesn't magically close deals.
It organizes info. A CRM doesn't magically fix your process. It reveals your chaos.
I've seen companies with perfect CRM setups and terrible results. I've seen companies with messy spreadsheets and incredible results.
The difference? Consistent execution.
Software is a multiplier. If your process is 0, multiplying by 100 still gives you 0.
Fix your habits first. Then find tools that support them.
(But yeah, once you have discipline, a good CRM absolutely helps.)
