Welp, I can no longer recommend CenturyLink fiber in Portland.
Our service has been down for more than two hours, and looks like it will be down for *two more days*, because that’s how long it will take to get a tech out here.
It took me two hours to fight through their horribly unhelpful support robots. You can only chat, never talk, but the chat app does not work on phone or iPad, only laptop. So… you need internet access for it.
A shit show all around. And it does not look like anyone else provides fiber to my house.
