REST DAY today 🙏

#VisibleHealth heartrate graph clearly shows how much Resting I've been doing so far this Saturday.

2:30pm and I've only used one-fifth of a PacePoint.

EliteHRV showing a slight #ParasympatheticSwing which makes sense, as my heartrate was ridiculously low at work yesterday; I had been pretty active in the first week back of the new school term.

The main reson why I am choosing to Rest so much today.

My #KiActiv smartwatch (movement) data from yesterday reflects a busy working day (including lunchtime duty across the school site) and then hanging-up washed clothes to dry late into the evening 👇 I was AT my limits for overall movement and for 'Moderate' activity (1 hour per day) 🙏

So far today I've only moved around for 40 minutes, of which only 5 minutes 'Moderately' 😊

After resting all day, this evening I performed with the Britannia Royal Naval College Volunteer Band - incredibly good fun.

Grateful that my #LongCovid inflammation and other symptoms are well under-control, so even walking up a steep hill with a tuba on my back I managed to keep my heartrate low.

Hardly used any #VisibleHealth pacepoints today 😊

Playing the tuba is GOOD for me, with all of that deep-breathing and breath control, plus being able to sit down whilst performing.

Very fortunate that this is my instrument; my #LongCovid might have stopped me from playing so many other instruments.
