For some (I guess good) reasons, Z-Library enabled proof-of-work bot protection. When you visit the homepage without correct Cookies, the server returns a different HTML than the usual one with a status code 503, and it has a JavaScript challenge that the user's browser has to solve to get the correct Cookies. This unfortunately breaks my auto-updating workflow on my phone with Obtainium.
