saw it, wanted it, made it. had to buy the light chain, mold for the mushroom caps and few sticks of fluorescent hot glue.
waiting for the glue to dry and then adding some finishing touches before attaching the dome. #mushroom #craftodon
i switched the middle rock to a geode on the fly, so its not perfectly aligned and that one goddamn mushroom cover the beautiful geode almost completely BUT for the first try i would say i did a great job.
most time consuming part was hollowing out the space for the battery case. also had to carve that rim so that the dome i had would fit securely. i would prefer and had a light chain with plug, but i noticed that it warmed up quite a lot when on. so, not ideal for hot glue creation with semi flammable surrounding.
