it’s not _bad_ but this is certainly a texture

juicy apple foam? you’ve got hints of apple structure with a little crunch in the molars but it’s soft without having that “ew soft apple” bite feel to it

also it does slice well, which helps make me decide it's bread

seriously this brick retains its shape, you can knock it about and it does _not_ care

I didn't get to try it with cheese. I did try it with the peanut butter. By itself that didn't work. But making a little sandwhich with the blackberry preserves worked fine.

I could very much see this as part of a teatime set.
