If you don't like cleaning (like me!), try breaking your cleaning schedules down into sections over a period of days, don't do it all at once and it won't overwhelm you. Start by cleaning the easiest section or smallest area and stop. See how you feel, if you feel good and still have energy, continue, then do it all over again. When you run out of energy, congratulate yourself on a job well done, and pick up where you left off the next day or the day after. Small steps win the day! #selfcaretip
