It took me 30 minutes to put up a bird-box (at height) in our garden
I sat down often, yet used SIX #VisibleHealth PacePoints - one-fifth of my daily budget 😮
Not done anything else exertional earlier today, so I'm hoping for no #PEM response in the next couple of days 🤞
Only 4 things were more 'Intense' in the last month:
Performing in a Brass Ensemble Christmas Concert (not physically intense, but got my heart racing!) 🎶
Finding myself at the wrong end of a train station last week 😮
Running on a treadmill - obviously!
But NOTHING compares with the #pantomime 😆
