1. Sleep. Lots of it. Fibro fatigue is still there, but reasonable sleep, while rare, is always helpful.

2. A change of hair colour. A new year, and life is short, so time to try new things.

3.My fiancee's reaction to my dying my hair. She's more of an alt/goth type of girl(definitely in her fashion sense), and she's absolutely thrilled I decided on black dye. Worth it just to see her reaction, to be honest🥹😍
