@cR0w yet another nock on meshtastic. All of the sudo~techs in my area are all clamoring to meshtastic. When I bring up potential security threats I am met with skeptism. Everyone thinks I just want to rain on their parade.

@Pink_black_insr @cR0w point them at #reticulum . it's already everything I wish meshtastic was. It needs easier to use apps before more people will adopt it though.

Its a tale as old as tech. One solution with a good and easy user experience gets so popular it has to start bolting on brittle security features. Another solution that was made with security in mind doesn't get adopted because it's harder to setup and use.
