@Medusalix I am also still not sure about the resistor value. 47k works for me but the picture you showed on the slide is still very ambiguous. The 3rd ring in the picture is pink. So I am not sure if it is x1 (red) or times x10 (orange)

@Martinius Yeah, I played around with different resistor values during development. The resistor on the slide might actually be a different value from a previous revision. The problem is that the adapter doesn't work at 9600 baud if the resistance is too high, so I'm currently working a new design with an additional transistor.
