We made #yakitori for dinner today. Had negima, other chicken, steak, bacon-wrapped tomatoes, as well as summer rolls. Ate it as it came off the grill, so don't have a picture of everything. Attached is steak, tomatoes, and sausage.

Oops, yeah, forgot to mention the shiitake. The grill has water under it, so the mushrooms don't get dried out.

Had the crunchy chili oil, goma dressing, shio dare, and ninniku joyo (soy sauce that has garlic in it --- at least since we came to the USA, Yoshiko also puts in sliced jalapenos: is very delicious) dipping sauces.

The board is HUGE, so we only bring it out for occasions like Thanksgiving and New Years. Because yakitori, we used it today, too.
