The XP-Pen Artist 22R Pro works on Linux now

It’s been almost two years since my last update on this project, what changed? And if you aren’t familiar with what I’ve been working on, here’s a quick recap. The hardware Here is a graphics tablet I bought a few years ago now, the XP-Pen Artist 22R Pro: It has a fatal flaw that a lot of non-Wacom tablets share though, it doesn’t work that well on Linux! To be more specific, it “works” but has a few problems:

@MelloniDev @kde Years ago, I got a 3G dongle. Tailed dmesg, plugged it in.

It detected a new USB device. Then a new serial device. Then a new modem. Then it showed up in the desktop as a new networking device. Then I fell of my chair in astonishment.

This stuff's *good* now.

@MelloniDev oh yeah i think they like redid basically the whole drawing tablet thing recently in their ongoing effort to redo all the outdated things in plasma. its like...really good now.
