@[email protected] I really hope that European leaders don't see their desperate attempts to keep the #USA in the coalition not as an ersatz for making the USA contributions superfluous in the long run (by strengthening/building European structures and working w/ other reliable partners around the globe) but are doing both. I only fear the strategic vision required for drawing this (in my eyes obvious) conclusion goes beyond the mental capacity of figures like #FriedrichMerz and #EmanuelMacron...
