Dopes The FrogmanThis is my prep work for Malaysian fried chicken. I watched Uncle Roger video this week and wanted to recreate it myself (link below.) The only ingredient I couldn't find in my area was galangal, and since Grandpa didn't really provide measurements, I had to use my nose and feeling. It does smell absolutely amazing and they've been marinating since yesterday. Will provide updates when I'm going to fry them.
