Re last boosts: Yes, I just boosted an entire damn thread about model railways in Europe, with some limited applicability at the end to Oz.

Because for anyone interested in that it sounds like a lovely community, and if that’s not what mastodon/ #theFedi is about then I don’t even know why I’m here anymore.

I’m not interested in that myself, but others might be, and seeing that might help them find a home with kindred spirits. That’s enough of a reason for me to boost the hell out of that thread.

@arcadiagt5 nah, dude, it's great, I'll probably talk to my train obsessed son about it. Maybe see if we can find a local club for him to focus his train efforts into
