People say MacOS is great, very stable and it just works... No, these aren't true. There are lots of inconsistencies, external display issues and missing basic functionalities.
At this point, I am starting to think maybe Windows is better than MacOS in lots of things.

My previous perception: Linux > MacOS > Windows
My new perception: Linux > Windows > MacOS

@iamwaseem Operating Systems change over time. Nothing is perfect. For me MacOS is the best tool in slot because I am attached to the Apple ecosystem. iPhone, iPods, Watch, IPad and Laptop... They are working perfectly together without any configuration effort.

@baerry Yes, nothing is perfect. Everyone who has all of the Apple gadgets highlight the same thing thing, inter-connectivity is good. This doesn't convey the complete picture and doesn't hold for everyone.
For some people other things matter more than the inter-connectivity for which MacOS isn't that great as compared to other operating systems.

@iamwaseem absolutely. But for me there isn't anything I can do on a Windows machine which I can't on my macOS. But I agree, this is my personal conclusion, others, for example Gamers, may tell a different story :)

@baerry And this is why I want my word out there because I bought MacBook because of all the stability hype train and now I find my Linux setup and Lenovo laptop to be way more stable with all my peripherals and with software consistencies. I don't have to buy software to make the OS behave in the way I want it to.
