My voice is starting to change this week, after just over 3 months on #LowDoseTestosterone, but i think so far if it sounds different at all to people it probably just sounds like i'm a little bit sick LOL 😮‍💨

It feels good tho, like yeah emotionally but physically it feels nice! It just vibrates in a completely new way lol. I feel my voice in a different part of my throat. It's a little harder to be loud sometimes, & singing is a little squirrelly, though admittedly I've been trying to stick to lower-pitched songs to get used to using this part of my voice at all. I don't really know where notes are in my voice that I could find just a week ago. But it's fun anyway. :)
It's weird how as I sing, there are some parts of my upper register which are still pretty strong, & while I don't have very much more lower range the notes I have are stronger, but there are parts in the middle that just *go quiet* lol. I have to really tune into breath support because it takes a lot more air pressure to make noise now!

@itsmeholland That's quite a common experience during early androgenic puberty 🩵

Have you reached the stage when you start to experience sudden voice changes (i.e., when your voice breaks / cracks one moment, causing it to go squeaky or lower)?

What was unpleasant (and in hindsight dysphoric) for us will hopefully be a source of joy (and hopefully euphoric) for you 🫶
