Forms of payment I would consider in exchange for books:

1. Fiat currency, should be familiar to most.

2. Large rubies and sapphires, and other precious stones. But monsieur, I can't pay rent with these, and how do I make change?

3. Gold bars and bricks, but I have no secure facility to keep them. And how do I make change?
