@MaQuest Ooooh... We'll be trying a recipe with wild rice, chestnuts and mushrooms over the holidays (from The Sioux Chef's Indigenous Kitchen), as well as a butternut squash dish (and a duck dish, but of course, that's NOT vegan). I'll post those recipes later today.
