Simplified the "on boarding". Added Makefile for linux and MacOS users.
For windows users just use *.sln solution.
(glfw_opengl3, sdl2_opengl3, win32_directx11, implatform)
If you want to add files or modify the solution/project you need to use sharpmake (but likely no)
