@quite its a subtraction race condition bug. The item I was buying was sold during checkout and all I got was to pay for nothing.

1 make a purchase bundle and offer at a reduced price (TOC)
2 wait for an item to be sold from the bundle
3 remove the other items in the bundle (optional)
4 checkout and see price of the sold items remain in the cart without any items present (TOU)
