@feather1952 @Cloudslave RT volunteers made sure the camp and beach was left better than it was to start with. And it was kept super clean during the event too! Volunteers did such an amazing job.

@psychopoesie @feather1952 @Cloudslave I was walking there last night with my son - we watched the bushfire sunset, sitting on the breakwall looking over Horseshoe beach. It's a pretty beach and in the 20 plus years I've lived here, has never looked like the fabricated image showing garbage all over the beach.

@feather1952 @Cloudslave @CaringKinderSociety yeah. It was pretty messy earlier but with debris from rainfall and flooding upriver - lots of wood - but not that kind of garbage. Still, many locals seem determined to believe it.
