At the Northwestern Europe Regional Contest (#NWERC) teams of three students from universities all over northwestern Europe tackle a series of as many algorithmic problems as possible within a 5-hour time limit. Teams submit their solutions to a judging system where they are automatically evaluated. For every completed task the teams get a characteristic balloon.
